If you cancel after the first two cleanings with a contract, a one-time cleaning fee will be charged.

Skipping consecutive cleaning services will result in marking your account as inactive.

To reschedule or skip a cleaning, simply notify us in advance via text or email. Failure to do so may result in a charge if we provide the service.

We reserve the right to refuse cleaning service under certain circumstances, such as:

• Hazardous waste, such as chemicals, tar, asphalt, paing, glue or adhesives.
• Unbagged trash, including excessive loose trash, yard clippings, or animal and human feces.
• Building materials, such as plaster, stucco, wood, or concrete. (If a trash can cannot be serviced, pictures will be taken and sent to you via text or email with an explanation.)

Don’t burst our bubble

• After the trash company has done it pick up, we will remove any trash bags inside the bin, clean the bin, and place the trash bags back in.
• Trash and recycling not in a bag will be skipped and notified via text or email. 
• While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all substances or stains from the bins.
• All bins are steam washed, deodorized, and left to air dry.
